Terms and conditions
 
 
  • A deposit in the amount of £50.00 is due at the trial.  This deposit will confirm, and hold the date and time agreed upon and is non-refundable. (The wedding date cannot be held without a deposit)
 
  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque or via bank transfer. If paying by cheque this must be sent 2 weeks before the wedding date. Payments by bank transfer must be cleared 1 week before the wedding day. If paying by cash this is to be payed on the wedding day before we start.
 
  • If you decide not to go ahead with the services once your hair and/or make up is completed at the trial a fee of £30 for the bride and £20 per bridesmaid will be charged to cover my time and is payable by cash or cheque at the trial.
 
  • Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to wedding date will result in loss of your deposit and a £50 cancellation charge. If less than 10 days notice is given the total amount will be charged. Sending a signed booking form and deposit means that you agree to these terms.
 
  • In the very unlikely event that I am so ill that I am unable to reach your home or venue on your wedding day I will do my best to find another fully qualified hair and make-up artist. If I am unable to do this you will receive a full refund of your payed deposit.
 
  • I will arrive 15 minutes earlier than the agreed 'start time' to set up.
